About us

Monkey Mayhem Fight Club and Fitness Center is first and only fight club in Mangalore to mark its presence on an International platform. Our programs are designed to make create a fit and toned for lifestyle while improving your speed, strength, endurance, agility, cardiovascular capacity, flexibility and co-ordination. This cutting edge training includes special equipment and drills to challenge core strength and physical endurance. We provide personal attention to each member. Workouts are designed by certified instructors who make sure your techniques are right before you go for the kill. We are here to get you Fighting & Functionally Fit!

Vision & Mission

We started off with vision to bring quality and authentic Muay Thai and MMA Training in Mangalore to people of all levels. Now, the club has become a home away from home for enthusiasts and professional athletes in and around Mangalore who comes for a variety of reasons. It’s one of Mangalore’s premiere Fitness and Weight-loss centres. Our dedicated team of fitness professionals can help blast away that unwanted fat and get you in the best shape of your life. We accept all levels of fitness and fight experience, from holiday-makers, vacationers, adventure junkies, fitness enthusiasts and military personnel to professional fighters and athletes who comes to improve technique and to prepare for international bouts and tournaments to further progress their career. There are no limits as to what you can achieve at Monkey Mayhem Fight Club. Whether you are a seasoned professional athlete looking for that extra edge or whether you are a beginner with no idea where to start, we will take care of you. Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that includes both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts. Basically, it is a fastest growing sport in the world where multiple martial arts are allowed in a single competition. It is a mix of different martial arts disciplines including Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, etc.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. Undeniably, Muay Thai is recognized as a foundation in mixed martial arts as it is useful for striking. Besides, Muay Thai is referred to as “The Art of the Eight Limbs”, as the hands, elbows shins and knees are used in this art. It increases cardiovascular conditioning, leg strength, core strength, stress relief and many more.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting & also included grappling. It teaches a smaller person to fight against larger opponents by using leverage and techniques, with emphasis on positioning, chokes and joint locks.

Kick Boxing

Kick Boxing is a hybrid combat sport form based on punching and kicking. To get better balance, power & agility, Kick Boxing is king among workout. Kick Boxing is a high energy workout that gives not only strength but power.

Boot Fit Boot Camp

Boot camp is a group exercise that mixes traditional calisthenics & body weight exercises with internal training & strength training. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun.

Strength & Conditioning Fundamentals

Strength & conditioning fundament is a programmed to provide sports professional with basic knowledge understanding & fundamental practice skill of athletic strength & conditioning. You'll learn how to train to build strength, power, speed, movement and conditioning.

Combat Conditioning

Combat conditioning is of Mixed martial arts & reality based self defence training. It is perfect for strengthening, tendons, putting on lean muscle & also enhance your cardiovascular level.

Cross Training

Cross training involves several different forms of exercise routine. It can also help vary stress on specific muscle & even cardiovascular system. The goal is improving overall performance.

Western Boxing

One of the most popular combat sports in the world, Western Boxing is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves. Throwing punches at each other for a predetermined set of time in a boxing ring. It’s a contest of speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance between two fighters.
